If you’re looking for that something special, the perfect soundtrack to one of your favourite days, you’ve come to the right place. ✨

Em has been bringing love stories to life through music for over 15 years, and has had the honour of being part of almost 200 weddings. 

Live music adds a magical touch, from setting the scene as your guests arrive, to creating that unforgettable moment down the aisle, and carrying the joy through pre-dinner drinks before you begin your evening celebration.

Packages starting at $550 for the 2025/2026 season

1. Wedding Ceremony 

- Live music for guest arrival (6 songs/30mins)

- Processional/Aisle walk (1 song)

- Certificate signing (2 songs)

- Recessional/Exit back down aisle (1-2 songs)

- 1 x learning of song (minimum 3 months notice)

- Rest of songs chosen from Em's extensive song list, or from Spotify if needed.
Approx. 1 hour total: 30 minute guest arrival, into 30 minute (approx.) ceremony
 FREE travel for locations within 40mins of Drouin VIC 3818

Packages 2-5 below include: 
- FREE travel for locations within 60mins of Drouin VIC 3818
- optional 5 song requests for pre-dinner drinks from Em's song lists

2. Ceremony & Pre-dinner drinks short                     
- Wedding Ceremony (package 1)

- Live music for up to an hour during pre-dinner drinks, straight after ceremony.

Example timeframe: 3:30pm guest arrival, 4pm ceremony start, 4:30-5:30pm pre-dinner drinks

3. Ceremony & Pre-dinner drinks mid                       
- Wedding Ceremony (package 1)

- Live music for up to 1.5 hours (approx. 2x40min sets) during pre-drinks, straight after ceremony.

 Example timeframe: 3:30pm guest arrival, 4pm ceremony start, 4:30-6pm pre-dinner drinks

4. Ceremony & Pre-dinner drinks long                      
- Wedding Ceremony (package 1)

- Live music for up to 2 hours (approx. 2x50min sets) during pre-drinks, straight after ceremony.

Example timeframe: 3:30pm guest arrival, 4pm ceremony start, 4:30-6:30pm pre-dinner drinks

5. Pre-dinner drinks only 
- Up to 2 hours (2x50min sets) of live music between ceremony & reception.

 If you are interested in live music for your day-time Reception, please enquire and a package can be arranged.

Packages also include:

-Two set-ups on the day if needed, both arranged before the 
ceremony begins to ensure maximum live music time.

-High quality equipment, and back-up equipment!

-Battery powered speakers for any location/situation.

-Background music via Spotify during any breaks.

-Prompt replies & discussions via email about your special day.

-Preparing & rehearsing in the lead up to your day.

-Experience, punctuality, professionalism & entertainment!

Add-on fees:

- Setting up at 2 venues 

- Learning additional songs

- Recording of songs before/after wedding
